Supplier Selection
Dress Well Fashion developing team takes great care to ensure the quality, desired weight, construction, and color, we evaluate the capacity and capability of every factory. We also check environmental control, safety laws, labor practices, and adherence to labor laws. We make sure that our supplier can meet our requirements when it comes to reaching the average number of pieces produced as per buyer’s requirement at a given period of time to meet the schedule.

We have a strong supplier network and a dedicated sourcing team that has continuous starving to ensure the right product at the right cost from right place & at right time for this reason we are offering you competitive price from others with good quality goods.
Design & Development
We have a research & development (R&D) Team with experienced designers, developers & technicians. Also, we have in-house sample section facilities with senior machine operators and garment technicians. So we can develop, cutting, stitching & finish samples instantly. if the customer needs to customize any design & development then our R&D team cooperates with them & finalizes the design & development. We always focus on new trends & technology.
Process & Production
We ensure every process & production. Production follow-up in garment making is a crucial process that ensures the smooth and efficient execution of every stage in the manufacturing of apparel. It involves tracking and managing various aspects of production, from material procurement to final product delivery. We have a dedicated quality & merchandising team for this.
Quality Control / Assurance
Our Quality Assurance Policy is a concise and crucial document that outlines an organization’s commitment to maintaining and delivering top-notch products or services. It serves as a roadmap for maintaining consistent quality, defining standards and processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key components include setting quality objectives, adhering to industry standards, outlining quality control procedures, and assigning responsibilities. We have a dedicated Experienced quality & technical team.
Our Quality Controllers visit the factory regularly to make sure we meet our buyer’s requirements. Our quality control personnel are stationed at all manufacturing sites to ensure that all production will meet to buyer’s requirements. We always want to deliver satisfaction to our customers; we monitor the order from
sourcing raw materials and accessories to production and up to the final shipment of goods. We also monitor and report the status of the order to the buyer with systematic follow-up at each and every stage.
QMS System
Quality means customer needs is to be satisfied, Quality management system is a number of measurements and techniques that are used to produce only quality goods in the first place with Zero defects. If the defects are occurring at all, corrective action must be taken to eliminate these effects in the initial stage for them to not reappear. We follow the AQL 1.5 to 2.5(As per buyer requirements). Our Quality Control is practiced right from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to the stage of the final finished garment. We maximize the production of goods within these specified to clearances correctly the first time. We follow the AQL 1.5.
Inspect all incoming, in-process & final goods to ensure the quality of goods.
- Make sure that all patterns & pattern grading are okay.
- Check the markers, marker-making methods, marker efficiency is okay and within consumption.
- Inspect spreading, cutting & numbering process in detail.
- Ensure the relaxation time that was given to knit fabric.
- Install an in-line inspector in the sewing lines.
- To monitor quality in the production line, we installed Traffic Light Chart system among other systems
- Inspect 100% of goods delivered from sewing lines.
- Inspect the table quality inspection for in-line passed garments with Statistical Techniques.
- Control the rejected garments so that they do not get mixed up with quality passed garments.
- Have to control repairable goods, and washable goods so that they can be double checked to ensure quality.
- Check the garment with the right machine, tools, and equipment and in the right conditions.
- Inspect the right ironing or pressing, folding techniques.
- Make repeat inspection of garments prior to poly-bagging.
- Inspect poly-bagging & assortment.
- Make sure the actual measurements of the carton and complete the packaging process according to the buyer's requirements.
- Manufacturer conducts final inspection prior to shipment of the garment.
- Transmit training quality assurance personnel so that they can easily identify defects &understand the causes of defects.
- Also arrange training for quality assurance (QA) personnel on Statistical Methods.
- Make continuous improvement plans & implement them
Supply Chain Management
Supply chain management is a critical aspect of the garments manufacturing vendor’s operations, responsible for orchestrating the flow of materials, processes, and information from the sourcing of raw materials to the delivery of finished garments to customers. We have experienced supply chain team for smooth execution.
Shipment/Cargo Handling
All shipping documents are reviewed and verified as per the buyer's instruction. All cargo is handled by a reputable forwarder to obtain correct information regarding ETD and ETA of vessels because time delivery is as important for us as it is to the buyer
